By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions above are met. vipph45 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by ineligible players who access the platform in breach of these requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vipph45 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account on your behalf.

vipph45 accepts deposits from Filipino players via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven (over-the-counter), Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; current options are displayed on the deposit screen within your account.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. vipph45 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to another person will be investigated and may result in account suspension pending KYC review.

vipph45's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30- day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit vipph45's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

• Complying with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering obligations.
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.

2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved informally within fifteen (15) business days, the player may submit a formal written complaint to vipph45 management. vipph45 will acknowledge the formal complaint within three (3) business days and issue a final decision within thirty (30) business days.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR Escalation: If the player remains unsatisfied after the formal complaint process, they may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for licensed online gaming operations in the Philippines.
4. Step 4 — Legal Proceedings: Any unresolved dispute that proceeds to formal legal action shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Class action lawsuits against vipph45 are waived to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law. Each dispute must be brought and resolved on an individual basis.
